You don't have to enter a redirect URI, as you only need the access token. After creating the client, you can go back to the overview and click on 'Generate access token'
If you're wondering why you should choose Genius over the other sources: Only Genius can fetch lyrics and embed lyrics in the audio files, while the others can't
